In our busy, stressful lives, we rarely take the time to stop and look at what is happening around us, and how fortunate we are. We sometimes fail to realize that kindness is contagious and one simple act of good towards someone else can result in a chain reaction across the community. We at Barlop are participating this year in various ways including promoting our favorite local charities. The best part about this day and every day is that an act of kindness can be as simple as complementing someone at work, or as complex as starting your own charity to help a certain group in need.
