Call and speak to live help desk (Available during Normal Business Hours*) Monday thru Friday 8AM EST – 5PM EST, excluding Holidays.
Current Clients can click the BTS icon on your task bar or desktop. Chat with a technician (Available during Normal Business Hours*) The "Chat Assist" window will open, connecting you to the BTS Portal. Fill out the requested info regarding your ticket request. Upon submittal : you will be connected to a BTS Technician.
