Barlop Business Systems Wins Ricoh ProVision 2025 Dealer Partner Award for the Second Consecutive Year

Barlop Business Systems is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Ricoh ProVision 2025 Dealer Partner Award for the second year in a row. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

The Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner Award is not just a title; it represents the pinnacle of achievement in the office technology industry. The award criteria are rigorous, and only the top 60 dealerships across the nation earn this coveted certification. To secure this honor, Barlop demonstrated outstanding performance across the following ProVision Dealership Criteria:

To Qualify for Certification

To achieve ProVision 2025 Certification, dealerships must meet the following stringent criteria:

  1. Dealership Overall GPA:
    • Based on Technology, Solutions, and Service courses taken within the last 36 months; Overall GPA needs to be 70% or greater.
  2. Training % 2 per Purchased Model:
    • Total dealership training must be 75% or greater to qualify.
  3. Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting:
    • Total dealership training must be 85% or greater to qualify.
  4. Total Trained Technicians:
    • Must be 60% or greater based upon coursework taken within the last 36 months to qualify.
  5. @Remote Registered Dealer with Connected Devices:
    • Mandatory.
  6. ARMs Training:
    • Must have 75% or greater of Service Engineers ARMs trained.
  7. Service Parts Training:
    • Mandatory.
  8. Sole Source Dealer:
    • Must have a Sole Source signed agreement on record.
  9. Registered with the External Directory:
    • Must have at least one designated Administrator – Mandatory.
  10. Mandatory and Safety Product Modification Requests (PMR):
    • All due to be completed within the calendar year 2024 must be 100% completed.
