Commitment to Rigorous Standards
To qualify for ProVision 2026 certification, dealerships must meet strict criteria across training, safety, reporting, and service excellence, including:
- Dealership Overall GPA:
Based on Technology, Solutions, and Service courses completed within the last 36 months; overall GPA must be 70% or greater.
- Training Percentage per Purchased Model:
Minimum 75% dealership-wide training completion.
- Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting:
Minimum 85% training compliance.
- Total Trained Technicians:
At least 60% of technicians trained within the last 36 months.
- Remote Registered Dealer with Connected Devices:
Mandatory requirement.
- ARMs Training:
At least 75% of Service Engineers ARMs trained.
- Service Parts Training:

- Sole Source Dealer Agreement:
Must be signed and on record.
- External Directory Registration:
At least one designated administrator required.
- Mandatory & Safety Product Modification Requests (PMRs):
